Happy Wednesday! First of all, can someone explain to me how ya’ll are making these awesome split-frame photos? Or putting several photos together into one large picture?  Is this a tumblr thing or something else?  It looks so much nicer…   Anyway!! Tuesday seemed to drag by, but today has been a lovely day!  Just to get this out of the way, here’s what I ate today:

This is what I took to work.  Not very exciting, I know. A smoothie and yogurt for breakfast, leftover eggplant parm for lunch and an apple for snack.


And for dinner, leftover salmon salad.


I also did something a little different today, I got a shot- like an actual shot- of Vitamin B.  The fitness club down the street was offering it, and I thought I would try it out.  I figured that since vit B is water soluble, there really isn’t a down side to doing it, except maybe it doing nothing.  I have to take B complex supplements every day any way to help discourage migraines.  So far I don’t feel any different, but I’ll let you know if I start to feel really energetic or like ass.

After work I went out to check on my plants on the patio, and I actually have ripe peppers!  This isn’t an exciting thing in general, but this is the first time in three years of trying that I got anything at all, let alone something that actually tasted like a hot pepper! Look at the lovelies:



  1. averyhappylife said: Phone apps! I use one called Frametastic that’s a free download on iphones but there are others that I’ve heard are better if you’re willing to pay a buck or two. You can do several styles of layouts with 1-5 photos in each combined picture thing.
